We want you to be completely happy with your Fotocodex personalised photo book(s) and carry out stringent quality checks before despatching your order to you.

In the unlikely event that any of our products are defective, simple return within 7 days of receipt and we will despatch a replacement free of charge.

However while we take proper measures to ensure that the photos supplied are of sufficient resolution, we cannot assume final responsibility for their quality.

For this reason we cannot accept returns based on poor image print quality if the problem is deemed to originate from the photo itself.
