Wedding Books made easy

Why using Fotocodex is easier than any other method (besides doing nothing)It seems that these days nearly everyone has a digital camera. The technology has come a long way since its tentative beginnings. Today’s end product printed from a digital camera file with high resolution, compares incredibly well with 35mm prints.
It is regarded as very usual now to see several people arrive at a wedding with a digital camera about their person. They spend that special day snapping up pictures often comparing the results with friends. When everyone eventually goes home all those individual photographs remain with the photographers to either be printed at home or by a lab, deleted or stored on a computer for years to come.
Perhaps there is a way in which all those pictures could be uploaded from each photographers’ computer to a single repository, say on an interactive website? Everyone could then take part in the building of a digital photo album. Of course, it would have to be easy use and all the digital files would have to be available for sharing. Once this digital photo book was completed and everyone who contributed to it was content with the result, wouldn’t it be great if the digital photo book could be printed for everyone to have a copy. The memories of the wedding day could then be shared with everyone. Fotocodex provides exactly that service.
This website acts as a repository where everyone who has digital photos (or scanned-in prints) from your wedding can upload their particular set and add it to the group collection. Each person involved can become a part of the project team if they so wish. They can then add photo pages, include captions and comments, and turn the digital photo album into a story of the wedding. When it is all done, Fotocodex can print out the digital wedding album for anyone to order. All of the design and preparation can be done on the website completely free of charge. All that you pay for is the finished digital photo album
