We guarantee the quality of our Fotocodex personalized albums 100%. If you find our product to be defective you may return it within 7 days of your reception.

In an effort to increase our quality we will ask that you return the book to us where we will analyze to determine the source of the error. Once we have ensured the problem won't reappear we will redo your order for you.

While we have taken proper measures to ensure that the photos you use are of sufficient resolution to print well in our books we can’t assume final responsibility for their quality. Hence we will not be able to remake books where the quality problem was deemed to originate with the photos themselves.
